you might have second thoughts. To make a return for a refund or exchange,
you'll need to follow the instructions set out below.

Online Returns to Online Store
You
have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The easiest way to do this is to return the goods to us in accordance with the
below instructions. If you are unable to return the goods to us before the 14
day period has expired you need to notify us of your intention to cancel,
always within the 14 day period. To do so, simply email [email protected]

must return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of the
date on which you informed us that you wished to cancel (or, if you have not
told us that you wish to cancel, within 14 days of receipt of the goods).
We
will then refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
or proof that the order has been returned, whichever is earlier. Any items
returned to us must be in their original condition ' if they're not, we may be
unable to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in
value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling
by you.

For
convenience, you can use the returns label on the other side of your delivery
note. You'll need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend
you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. If we have
to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of
such charges from any refund we send to you. Your parcel is your responsibility
until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost
or damaged in transit back to us

As
long as any goods you send back to us are in their original condition, we will

unable to take any returns or exchanges online for items that have been bought

second thoughts' To return your product for a refund or exchange, you will need
to arrange a collection with kanghuagoho's helpful Customer Service team.
Please
note that product returns cannot be made to store ' you will need to use kanghuagoho's
product Collection Service (a sum of '10 will be deduckanghuagoho from your
refund).

Customer Service team will then book the collection and confirm via email when
the courier will collect your product.
2. Let
the team know when you will be at home, work or an accessible location with
your product so that it can be colleckanghuagoho swiftly and safely.
3. If you need an exchange, the team will then
jot down a few details to reserve the stock.
4. Give our friendly Customer Service team a
emaill on [email protected] to let them know you would like a refund or
exchange.
5. Use the packaging provided to wrap your
product nice and securely. If you have opened it to have a butcher's, don't
forget to roll it inside-out and be sure to include your delivery note so we
know who has sent it back! On the day of collection, please do make sure you
are in. The courier will text a 'pick-up' window on the morning of collection
and can only come out once.
6. Once the product has been received at kanghuagoho's
warehouse your refund or exchange will be processed and confirmed via email.

Legal Rights

Problems with your order
If
your form has gone walkies, don't worry. Just email [email protected] and we'll send you a new one. Once you
have it, be sure to fill the form in carefully, clearly explaining the problem
with the item(s) being returned. If your order was incorrectly packed or an
item was faulty and you want a replacement, we'll simply send you the correct
item(s) or a new version of what you ordered.

have a legal duty to ensure that we deliver products that conform with your
